1 master bedroom in the mezzanine overlooking the river with 1 king bed and a sofa bed, 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 communicating bedrooms in the basement. 1 bathroom on each floor, 2 living rooms, a games room, large balcony overlooking the river. Veranda including access to the SPA and an outdoor space to make a fire. There are 2 outdoor furniture with 6 seats each. 1 table is on the upper balcony and the other is downstairs.

Travelers have access to all but the double garage in the parking lot.

Wood included. For the interior fireplace there are a few logs inside and others on the balcony to the left of the fireplace.

The prices displayed are winter prices. In the summer season, the price for weekday nights is 550$ and 605$ at weekends. The 2 weeks of construction are at 605$/night with a minimum of 6 nights booking from Monday to Sunday.
